Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment and PayPal. Your card will not be debitted until the order has been processed. For Paypal payments the money will be deducted from your account immediately upon confirmation of the order.If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect you and us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
We ship to the following regions offering one fixed charge for each, irrespective of order quantity:
UK = £6.95, Europe = £10.95, USA = £12.95. Rest of World = £14.95
Please note for shipping outside of Europe we will use international signed for service which means the item will not be tracked once it has left the UK, but must be signed for upon delivery.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in two working days via Royal Mail
Special Delivery for UK orders if the item is in stock.
International orders are generally received in 5 working days via airmail.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
You can also pre-order items that are listed for the forthcoming season. You will be required to leave credit card details, but the money will not be taken from your card until the order has been shipped.
Tax Charges
Children's clothing in the UK is VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
For all returns please contact us to notify of your intent to return the item and the reasons. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned item you will be reimbursed the full cost of the item.
Please ensure that all packaging and labels are returned with the item.
Where upon return the order would no longer have qualified for the free shipping offer in the UK, a nominal charge of £3.50 will be deducted to cover the original shipping cost.
